Molarbyte is a platform for a medical practitioner or health care provider(whether an individual professional or an organization) or similarinstitution wishing to be listed, or already listed, on the Website, includingdesignated, authorized associates of such practitioners orinstitutions(“Practitioner(s)”, “you” or “User”). It is also a platformfor patients, his/her representatives or affiliates, searching forPractitioners through the Website(“Patient(s)”, “you” or “User”).

However, we respect you privacy and are responsible for the protection ofpersonal data (as defined below).This privacy policy describes how wecollect, use, process, and disclose your information, includingyouruserdata, in conjunction with your access to and use of our Services. Itapplies to all of the Services offered by MOLARBYTE and its affiliatesincluding but not limited to all MOLARBYTE Apps, Sites, APIs and Integrations.

Please note that by using or accessing any of Molarbyte Apps, Sites, APIsand Integrations, you consent to the collection, storage, use anddisclosure practices described in this privacy policy.

    We may collect your sensitive information including your oryour end user’s health data to provide you the services thatyou seek for and for enabling you to participate in interactivefeatures of our service when you choose to do so. We alsocollect the content you create, upload, or receive from otherswhen using our services. This includes things like email youwrite and receive, photos, health related documents ofPatient. (including medical records, diagnosis details,treatment paths etc.) and spreadsheets you create, save andupload.

    If you provide us feedback or contact us via e-mail, we willcollect your name and e-mail address, as well as any othercontent included in the e-mail, in order to send you a reply.

    From time to time, if you are a Practitioner, we may provideyou reports based on the information uploaded by users. Togive you effective and efficient report, you may be asked toprovide certain information which may include PersonalInformation. All information collected from your account isprovided by you voluntarily. We may use such information toimprove our products and/or Services and in any mannerconsistent with the policies provided herein.

    b. Payment Information: All the payment transactions made orthrough Molarbyte are electronically processed by MasterMerchant i.e., third party service providers.We do not collectand store any payment related information. Also, we do nothave access to any credit card information CVV, Expiry Date etcat any given point of time and such information is not collectedor stored on our portal.

    If you are a Practitioner or concurrent user,the bank accountdetails of your customers are stored in your account securely.You may get the copy of same from the Master Merchant whomay collect and store such information.

  2. Automated Collected Information

    In addition to the information that you provide us directly, we also usetechnology like application programming interfaces (APIs) and embeds tomake that information available to websites, apps, and others for theiruse. We generally make this content available for our Users in limitedquantities for free and charge licensing fees for large-scale access.However, the Users shall abide with our standard terms and conditions asnarrated in [].

    a. Usage and Log Information To make our Site and Servicesmore useful to you, our servers (which may be hosted by a thirdparty service provider) collect information from you, includingyour browser type, operating system, Internet Protocol (IP)address (a number that is automatically assigned to yourcomputer when you use the Internet, which may vary fromsession to session), domain name, and/or a date/time of yourvisit. We use this information to examine our traffic and to viewhow our customers use the Platform. This type of informationwill not allow you to be personally identified although we mightbe able to associate it with your account. Browserbased, network based, AD- Tracking, User UX behaviour trackinginformation is collected from third parties.   1. Concerned user. We may share your Data with the concernedPatients/Practitioner(s)withwhomyouintend to connect with.We share your datatosuch user to enable them to understandyou and your business.

We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their ownpurposes and only permit them to process your personal data forspecified purposes assigned and in accordance with ourdocumented instructions.

DATA STORAGE AND RETENTIONPOLICY

We collect and store your data in AWS cloud and Google Cloud as you use services and will retainthedata for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was obtained. Processed and non-identifiable data is accessible by the Data and Practitioner(s) at RHP and the same will be perpetually stored. Other heuristic data may be stored which may be identifiable data in cookies and other mechanism by 3rd party AD-Trackingservices like Facebook & Google.

To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.
